There is no resemblance whatsoever. Cruyff always looked a tall 5ft10in , Modric looks, and is, a waif.

Cruijff was a wee bit sharper, slimmer and had bright eyes, Rensenbrink was darker and had a wider face, he also wore his hair the way a modern day Paolo Nutini does (they look a LOT like each other!), but aye, they were twins. In fact, when Cruijff missed the Argentina World Cup Rensenbrink was there to carry his torch, although Johan was more a midfielder with forward attitudes, Rensenbrink was a straight forward.

Which is JC's alltime shirt number. At pele's time.. football wasnt that hard, there were no tactical playing and defense strategies as today. so it was easy for pele to do what he did. I like cruijff the best beacuse he was a great player with amazing control on the ball, and most of all his tactical playing and leading the team.
