  • wait i take it back about cutting down all the trees. You can make pellets from grass. So a bucket of pellets and he can mow that yard and make pellets from the grass. Doesn't have to be a tree. I.m pretty sure theres more grass harvested than burned and the grass sucks the carbon dioxide back up when it grows. Maybe it is environmentaly sound. Just arguin both sides

  • would this work with a diesel engine type, or just a gas motor?

  • awesome!!!! now show us how to build one

  • ah fuck. its cool!

  • Just wondering about the tar problem that the FEMA design is known for.

Do you think it would be addressed by placing a 1'' diameter steel pipe down the centre of the fuel column, to provide an unimpeded air flow to the oxidisation zone?

I am guessing this would raise the overall working temperature, and cause more of the tar to be converted into useable gas.

That's how I plan to enhance the one that I am building here :) .

  • next best thing to horse power when the earth runs out of oil

  • @a10fjet yea then we can run out of trees. I guess thats the right direction.I thought when the oil was gone we'd be forced to do something different . Now i see weel just cut down every tree on the planet so bubba can get a hard on tailgaiting my ass in a hatchback. Sure that gus not got supressd gay represion?

  • @bryncomeaux HEMP PELLETS! WTF ARE YOU BLIND? HEMP HEMP HEMP ITS THE FUEL OF THE FUTURE, we dont need to fucking cut down trees like your pessimistic feeble mind comprehends. think outside the box for once?

  • @contentlocked99 YEAH HEMP IS THE FUTURE!!!! AND YOU CAN SMOKE IT TOO!

  • IS THERE ENOUGH POWER FROM THE WOODGAS TO PUT THE MOWER ON AND ROMP THE LAWN?

  • @shithustler420 yes there is.

  • how does this work.? please reply

  • @Slettej im not too sure, how ever i think it heated the wood to over 600C, allowing it just enough air to burn the coals but not the gas (flame), then the wood gas (hydrogen and carbon non-oxide) is burn in the engine

  • one question ? is there any chance of that wood gas generator blowing up !!!!!!!!

  • This is my uncle!

  • so awesome....i got to make one

  • looks like something the Doc built from Back to the Future

  • @chipjumper

How do you make the reactor heat up? I guess it's not by burning the wood since it shouldn't be oxygen in there... ?

  • @molinobeer Good question; probably heated up with a propane camping stove attachment or blow torch?

  • wow

  • I think looks cool like a m1 tank

  • can you show us how to make 1???? and would you?

  • i dunno how you see on that thing, but awesome job!

  • can you help me with my project??

    i cant get flamable gas

    plese help

  • Amazing my friend, now you may work in a truck, and next in a car....

    Very good!!!!!!!

  • Excellent work!

  • how hot does that burn in the engine? does it burn at a temp similar to gas and alcohol?

  • Looks really nice, now you don't need to pay for gasoline !

Have yo trued to power your gazifier with some kinds of pellets ?

I cnow that its possible to make pellets from grass. 7,5 kw electro peletizer = 150 kg pelets per hour= this chinese peletizer cost 4000 usa $ ?

Just cut grass and burn it !?

  • My friend was just asking me if this could be done. I told him sure and now I can show it to him.

  • Outstanding demonstration. Think of all the wood that could have been recovered from Katrina and the forest fires of Calif., that could have been processed into producer gas.

  • Well Done!
