Weight reduction can mean anything from a completely gutted interior too just removing the A/C, speakers and rear seat. There are no set standards for what weight reduction means. Second the fact that you need a turbo or weight reduction to go fast is sad. Real cars run 11s and 10s bone stock. Then again I wouldn't expect you to be able to afford anything like that. You already prove your poor, by telling me you have a Honda. Telling people you own a Honda makes you look stupid. FAIL

Well first off it is very rare an Evo can run 12s stock. Even if it is 12s, its like 12.9. Mostly are in the mid to low 13s. Anyway I'm not going to tell you all my cars the list is too long. If you're actually interested message me. Well my Z06 runs 11s from the factory and in some cases 10s all stock. Mine only has a supercharger and I've ran a 10 flat. I also have several other cars that all run 11s bone stock. I even have a Cayenne Turbo that runs low 12s and makes 560whp.

Same results? How stupid are you? A Z06 with a bad driver runs 11.8s. With a good driver can run high 10s. I've personnaly ran an 11.4 when I was all stock. Plus my car handles and brakes much better than an Evo. Don't try to deny it, the Z06 is a hell of alot better than an Evo in every department.

It only cosst 2k to build the motor completely and another 3k for the whole turbo kit and I'm talking gt35r. So we are talking about a car that has around 500 hp for around 6.5k. Now it would still need tires and stuff but get that later. Another thing honda's dont need the power of a camaro to run the same speed its called weight.

Hey Hemihart, the 331 had a big solid lifter cam,240/244@620'. The heads came from a guy in California. The compression ratio was 12.75 or so. It also had a old school Z 2/8 cross ram intake with a firewall style cowl hood. It had to have 108 or better octane. Big tube headers and a 3" exhaust.

Hey PooManChoo2, thanks for the clarification. Nothing rocks like a Big Block! I wish I still had my LS5 70 454 Super Sport Chevelle. I worked 3 years to get mine in the summer of 76. It was stock with a 4-speed/4.10's.The old man kept the title for months till I paid it off. I put a solid cam, Edelbrock/Holley carb, Hooker and Thrush mufflers. It was screeking loud/proud. In 11 months of street racing I lost 1 race, to a buddies 427 COPO Camaro ! Man those were the good old days.

I think this Camaro has a 142 or 177 Series Weiand Supercharger ! If you listen closely on the 1st burn out you can hear the whine of a blower, or whats sounds like it. Then its a 1st gear then quick 2nd gear shift or 2nd to 3rd. It could also be a gear drive cam set-up ! Either way its a impressive display of Torque/Horsepower.

This is a "Killer Camaro". I helped build a 68 Camaro years ago with a radical 331 motor(327-.30 over). It was an original 327 4-speed car. I made 477RWHP. It would smoke street tires thru 4th gear.I have seen 100's of videos on Youtube but this is the best Performance/Muscle video I have seen. Very Impressive.
