Hi Martina, beautiful work, did u teach yourself absract work or was u taught at uni how to paint as u do? i love absract work especially female form, but i dont think my teacher would know how to teach what i want to learn.I think absract comes from the heart and what your feeling at the time? Thats just amazing! i love it. Im trying to learn to paint lol i did one and ur saying its done when it feels right is good lol cause i just did one and i liked it just as it was so i stoped lol, Great art though im thinking of maybe doing somthing like that next thanks for postin :)

I use heavy weight, acid free, watercolor paper (you can buy it in an art supply store - it's a high quality paper that does not deteriorate with age) and the brush is a boar bristle Chinese ink brush that I use for the ink drawing and for the acrylic paint I just use regular brush for acrylic paints.

lovely work you do, i think it's great :). are you using fluid acrylics for the colour? at first i assumed you were, but then i saw your palette and wasnt' sure...

Thanks, I use acrylic paints in tubes (professional acrylics, they have better pigments) and mix them on the paper plate. The black lines I did with ink using Chinese ink brush.

I absolutely love you're paintings!! Right now I'm financially unstable, but I can guarantee that the moment I get my feet on the ground, I'm going to buy one of your works.
