Most people dont have insurance year long on everything they own. I dont have insurance on my motorcycles during the winter time because I live in a northern state where we get snow, so I cant drive them, same with my sportscar, I only drive that during spring/summer/fall so no need for insurance in the winter time.

Colton hasn't committed a single violent crime, only theft, and yet the thousands of law enforcement agents and federal contractors are looking for him? Christ, I'd run too if I were him.

The kid isn't even a bad guy. He was abused as a child and ran away, knowing that he couldn't rely on anyone but himself. He generally only steals what he needs, and often gives back what he doesn't. In fact, last month he gave $100 of his "extra cash" to a local veterinary clinic to help animals.
