We were all 2PM fans. We all supported the brotherhood of 7 members. If this had happened to Junho or Wooyoung or any other member then we would have had flash mobs for them and this would all be about Wooyoung. It's not just about Jay. I'm an international fan and no offence but I've never seen such vicious fans as the k-fans. I thought hottests were supposed to be behind 2pm 100% but all I've seen are them being attacked! I was mad when I found out about Jay leaving but JYP always said he was coming back. They even planned his comeback for this April, and it was all going to plan until Jay rang on the 22nd of December and told them this secret. We don't know the truth yet so we can't jump into conclusions!

If you stood out in 12 degree weather just once for 5 hours to leave words of love to show a group how much you care, and then they turned around and treated you with careless disrespect to your face, would you be their fan any more? Then at the meeting, the only acknowledgement was when one of them said "The members paved a way for Jay to come back." The fans were like, excuse me? Then he said, "Ok, we all paved a way." They had time to deal with the final decision about Jay, the fans found out two days before. But 6PM just acted like it was time to let it go. They even accused the fans of not trying hard enough to save Jay. So did the CEO.

They acted like Hottest just sat back and watched for 6 months, doing nothing. kHOTTEST missed Jay but they always said the biggest hurt was that the members were losing a brother. I don't agree that the international fans are being more mature. If anything the i-fans are taking the fan meeting too lightly. kHOTTEST has been pouring their heart out to 2PM for the last 6 months. Trying to get Jay back & protect the other 6 from being dumped by JYPE under the pretense that it's the member's decision. They've been leaving notes, sending letters, doing charity work, organizing events, standing out in the snow, & doing anything to show how much they care about 2pm being one.

okay, so i just recently found out about all of this controversy around 2pm and Jaebeom. so bear with me my question is why were people acting like jaebeom lived in Korea for most of his life? For someone coming from America, whether your Korean-American or another ethnicity, it's hard to adjust to the surroundings. the culture and the people are different just like the persons before me stated.

It's unbelievable how international fans think they know better than the fans that are IN KOREA, experiencing everything first hand. No subs, no journalist opinions added in to articles, no internet-rumors, no misinterpretations, everything face to face. Kfans are there to support groups from small events to big concerts. International fans enjoy what Kfans have worked hard for and now they are simply called immature.

@JTeeHee124 I'm ashamed to be an i-fan sometimes because of how ignorant and ungrateful some i-fans are. They never stop to think how it was for the Korean fans at the conferences to be face to face with the group they loved and to see the facade slip away right in front of their eyes. I can't even imagine how hurt they were after the conference. Even from far away I felt like complete shit knowing I had been supporting a bunch of phonies.

We were all 2PM fans. We all supported the brotherhood of 7 members. If this had happened to Junho or Wooyoung or any other member then we would have had flash mobs for them and this would all be about Wooyoung. It's not just about Jay. It's about keeping the original 7 members of the group one whole unit. But 2PM showed that they don't care about the brotherhood and they don't care about the fans' support. That's why the fanbase is falling apart.

International fans DON'T understand the situation better. They aren't from the same culture. They don't understand why the fans at the conference were insulted, which shows that there is something going on that i-fans don't get. It's rude to the k-fans to assume that they don't understand when they are being insulted to their faces. The audience was mostly grown women, not small girls. People mature enough to know what was going on. How would i-fans know better than k-fans about Korean culture?

I'm an international fan and no offence but I've never seen such vicious fans as the k-fans. I thought hottests were supposed to be behind 2pm 100% but all I've seen are them being attacked! I was mad when I found out about Jay leaving but JYP always said he was coming back. They even planned his comeback for this April, and it was all going to plan until Jay rang on the 22nd of December and told them this secret. We don't know the truth yet so we can't jump into conclusions!

They spoke down to older fans, they were rude and impatient. If you stood out in 12 degree weather just once for 5 hours to leave words of love to show a group how much you care, and then they turned around and treated you with careless disrespect to your face, would you be their fan any more? In Korea respect is VERY important. 6PM knows that but they didn't care.

Then at the meeting, the only acknowledgement was when one of them said "The members paved a way for Jay to come back." The fans were like, excuse me? Then he said, "Ok, we all paved a way." They had time to deal with the final decision about Jay, the fans found out two days before. But 6PM just acted like it was time to let it go. They even accused the fans of not trying hard enough to save Jay. So did the CEO.

At the meeting 2pm didn't even make statements like "We know you all worked so hard, but..." or "We appreciate how much you guys care about us..." They acted like Hottest just sat back and watched for 6 months, doing nothing. kHOTTEST missed Jay but they always said the biggest hurt was that the members were losing a brother. That's why they fought so hard.

I don't agree that the international fans are being more mature. If anything the i-fans are taking the fan meeting too lightly. kHOTTEST has been pouring their heart out to 2PM for the last 6 months. Trying to get Jay back & protect the other 6 from being dumped by JYPE under the pretense that it's the member's decision. They've been leaving notes, sending letters, doing charity work, organizing events, standing out in the snow, & doing anything to show how much they care about 2pm being one.

okay, so i just recently found out about all of this controversy around 2pm and Jaebeom. so bear with me my question is why were people acting like jaebeom lived in Korea for most of his life? For someone coming from America, whether your Korean-American or another ethnicity, it's hard to adjust to the surroundings. the culture and the people are different just like the persons before me stated.

When you ask for the remaining member's factorial opinions on what they think about the controversy/issue, you should be able to understand in the end, that honest statements are supposed to come along with honest physical gestures. People are just never satisfied. The conference shouldn't have had to take place to begin with if majority of us knew what the outcome was going to be like.
What Hottests owe for this messup? Keep supporting 2PM no matter what :)

I hate the hottest who gone against them!!! what did they do wrong? they were just telling the truth. I don't understand but then even though Jay bum's older but he also didn't have the right to do bad thingsss. And try to think that if we were woo young, taec yeon, Junsu...or others we would feel angry. I think right now they feel really hurt and betrayed but they will heal as time gradually goes on. i see your point about family loyalty. but maybe it's b/c they are all like brothers that whatever "it" is is hitting them so much harder? and if jyp reps are correct, it has only been a short while since the guys found out the news themselves so maybe they couldn't contain how much they still needed to vent/heal at the conference. perhaps they should've been more considerate (about jay and to the fans) but emotions are hard to control. i just hope things work out for everyone (jay included).

they knew about it for 2 months. it's not like they JUST found out. and while they knew about it JYPE kept using jaebeoms name for marketing and 2pm boys went on just fine. they'll all be fine in the end. but i cannot support a group with so much drama around its just tiring. also people make mistakes and who has the right to judge. good people make mistakes, we're all only human after all. we can grow from them. a mistake doesn't make someone the villain they're trashing Jae out to be.

Before Jay left (and even after he left), the members always said that the seven of them were actually like brothers. Whatever Jay's 'privacy' thing was, instead of abandoning Jay for their own self-interest, they should've protected him and supported him until the end. I'm also very disappointed in how they treated the fans as well. I think it's pretty reasonable that fans are against them...

this hatred toward 2pm members is mind boggling. bottom line, we don't know what jay did to have upset them this much so we don't have the right so criticize how they feel. we could obviously see they were all like brothers when the group was together so it must have been something major (he could have secretly been in talks to do a solo career for all we know). but we don't know. please ppl try to be reasonable is all. and 2pm, stay strong!

Apparently some members were really rude to the fans in their attitude. (like laughing at people's questions, etc.) and they seemed very cold towards jay...

Not only Hottests but fans of Korea are outraged by what they have said and done.IF you aren't a Korean who cannot see read or hear what they have done w/out poor translators..too bad. This isn't about Jay not being able to come back. He can't and we all understand that now. It's about their attitude, taking fans and opportunities for granted. Mind you, they cannot sing or dance so I don't know where they get this confidence from calling themselves singers/artists. They won't last when their sponsors realize group value isn't much for them to invest on their commercials. If JYPE doesn't make money out of 2PM, they will terminate the group easy.
