  • Might I note we have 2 Pavilion laptops here, and my desktop is a Pavilion Media Center. Only problem is that the first laptops screen is minorly broken but still usable, though I'm sure it's not HP's fault.

  • erm... Best Buy, not Future Shop. Same company though.

  • I agree, HP is great for support and if you purchase one from the Geek Squad over at Future Shop the warrenty is great. I personally have no clue how you break a computer after 5 hours of owning it, but I would have taken it back to the store you bought it from and asked for a new one using your warrenty, if they'll even want it.

  • My HP broke somewhat after 2 years and despite having warranty only for 1 year, they fixed it for free. so next one will be HP again

  • Do NOT buy an HP Pavilion laptop, mine broke after five hours. Hewlett Packard have had it for over two months and have lied, deceived and strung me along the whole time. They don't seem to care how they treat their customers. You have been warned!

  • ur just unlucky thats all, there aren't 1 company in this world provides perfect customer care, I've got 4 hp laptops and never once anything wrong with it
