@loveretta different options. you can do it with a toothpick/pin, you can do it with a pointed dotting tool, or a regular dotting tool for fat letters, you can do it with a brush, you can do it with a nail art pen etc.

@lalagirl211 yes those are my real nails :) I sometimes drill a whole in them for the nail piercing, you can easily cover up the whole with nail polish and it's not harmful for your nails^^

@chelstarheartful I have strong nails by nature so I don't need to do anything special. I guess a nail strengthener will be my best tip, I have some myself but my nails are so sturdy that I honestly don't feel a difference from when I'm wearing a strengthener and when I'm not

@india726 maybe it would help if you practice lines one a fake nail or on some paper? when using the striper brush wipe off polish all the way around the brush to get rid of all the "excess"
