Get rid of the bags, or slow down and dip lower. on the flat try feet shoulder wide and whrn you push up lift feet to and clap feet and hands at the same time. do 10 then 20 secs off 3-5 sets. (loved the guy at the end, I remember when I hadn't had a bad muscle rip, happy days) keep it up guys
