Using your head - a tribute to the women of Tanzania

How does head carrying limit how much farmers can grow? Are they carrying part of the farm? Are they walking on the farm? Is the farm angry because they head carry?

Farmer: "Well, there goes my wife carrying stuff on her head again! No green beans this year!"

How does it waste valuable time? They now have two free hands to do everything else with because whatever they had is now carried on their heads. Looks to me like the "non-profit" Anza wants to make some serious profit.
