@Zainiak Not individual wires, just the sheath. Trim it back about 3/4" to expose the wires. Align the wires in the proper order and slide them into the RJ45 connector. Ensure the wire's sheath is fills the RJ45's gauntlet allowing the crimp to press on the sheath not the exposed wires. I hope that helped.
