My iPod wouldn't connect to my computer and the support hotline told me to try another USB. Then they told me windows was the problem. Then the apple guy at FRYS opened it up and said water damage. Great support, aparently water damage can happen without water. And it only kills the synch function

Apple has the worst support and rip-off products I have ever seen. I got my zune for like 200 bucks 120gb's gears of war 2 custom edition. It owned no doubt in my mind that the zune beats the hell out of the ipod. Just give it time, a year and everyone will be buying zunes.

I heard from other people who own Zunes that it is a much better product compared to iPods.

Unless you only have a Mac, don't waste your money on their lame product (iPod).

I don't know about now, but last time I checked out an iPod, guy I work with couldn't delete a song he accidentally put in it. And since he didn't have a computer at the time, he had to wait for me to delete it off on my computer and return it to back to him. Bad product.

haha.. you have it connected to the computer.. that was one of the early versions of the iPod.... they weren't perfect.. my god.. still.. apple has come WAYYYYYYYYY further them windows has over the last 10 years.. faster, more sleek computers, more advances iPods, better service support, and so on..

windows on the other hand.. yeah.. they finially made an mp3 player.. took forever.. and btw

the touch can listen to online radio. and mac has a phone.. which windows doesn't..

they dont have better support,u have to make an appointment to get support and if they are all booked then guess what? u will have to wait another day, also apple stores are very far away and not available on all malls(atleast on cali),the reason they book appointments is so that they wont have a bunch of ppl inside and outside the store not only bring bad publicity but steal thier merchandise, so that is how apple avoids that and believe me if ur mac gets a virus its fucked.
