haha i love this.. you are typing and talking to ppl as you SOLO Charby lol.. classic man. i tried to solo bune the other day but couldnt quite do it. i even have pretty good eva gears. would you recommend denali pants over byakko for eva? i mean is 3 eva on pants more important then +15 dex and 5% haste?

For this it was nearly perfect, but i'll give you what i've done it in instead. EVA :Mamu+1/Shiranui/Ungur/ohat/ev­a torque/elusive/velocity/sh/ras­etsu/rajas/sniper's/corse/scou­ter's/byakko's/dance just macro in walahra/dusk/swift/fuma for haste.

I'm not sure what kind of earrings are in the game now but the +15 eva when blinded work great for this or other NMs.

Chary has a very weak blind but last for like 4 hours. I used to just keep it on and throw on those earrings for +30 eva. I really didn't see a hit on my ACC either. I quit like 4 years ago though so there might be better stuff out now.

The blind lasts at most 2 minutes now, and it drops my acc by at least 20%.

Yes it was, 07/17/2003 raised the level cap to 70.

When the game first came in the US, the cap was 70.

In actuality, when the game was first released (in Japan I guess), the level cap was 50 and was raised in increments of 5 since then.

Which explains the limit break quests every 5 levels from level 50 onward.

Congrats~ Yeah, I don't really find Kamu to be all too useful if you're going to need the TP elsewhere. The only WS I'd use NIN/DNC on big NMs is Metsu really, as the only danger is TP moves 90% of the time.

Well done. I hope I'm done with this guy forever. Recently tried to solo - first time took him to 18%, then 3% the next day - before catching a nasty round of attacks followed by a cross-attack or maelstrom. Watching your video made me think that I probably should have just saved my TP for those types of situations... probably would have made it. Kamu seems helpful, but its duration is so short.

Fantastic Work, i hate this goddamn NM with a passion, i actually killed it once but the problem with RDM is it de aggros too damn much to do it with competition! NIN beats RDM here because it doesnt have to kite it, so kudos to you!

This is around my 20th time soloing it, I just never recorded because the fight took forever and my other PC was horrible. It's not THAT hard compared to Fenrir or Ash Dragon, but it's still a challenge if you're new to soloing and don't have over the top EVA gear.

I use sushi always when I solo, so I'm normally at capped ACC without it, AF+1 head offers more EVA and has parry skill so I use that.

Man Im obviously on the wrong server. I see people trying solo's of this guy all the time and NO ONE is standing around... WTF?!?!? D: I dont even think on my server I could ever camp this guy and not have people down there watching me... so if I die while trying I get to wait for a long time just trying to get ToD again and getting claim :/

Either way, nice video :D Cant wait to see the whole thing. Great job. I know a few NIN's who've tried to tank this and just get DESTROYED :/ lol.
