They will not make the BCS after Cloycebox really broke down Tulsa well.

Tulsa's average opponent this year has been as good as I-AA Furman, according to Jeff Sagarin (one of the computer polls that makes up the BCS.) They've played one of the easiest schedules of any bowl-eligible team so far. They might in fact be good -- their offense sure looks good -- but they're yet to convince me.
