That's because you have to get atleast 2 stars on all the missions. See if you see when I select the missions they are all 2 stars. Good luck!

no it says u have to get at least 1 star for every mission to unlock mission 7... wow you're really good

At least one star in each mission is all that's required to unlock Mission 7. Two-three stars aren't required. ;)

I got 3 stars today! It took me about 10 tries but I finally figured out if you take no shortcuts, get almost every item box, and turbo slide only in the last tunnel you will get 3 stars!

Yeah, train more times. Even for me, this took me about 4 tries to do this perfectly. Really hard to get the item box at the beggining when Wiggler knocks the car up. Usually the car just goes ontop of me and I have to restart. lol
