I hate migraines! I would get the severe kinds with auras, nausea, chills etc. turns out I found my trigger  last week and it's Pork... :( no bacon for me :(

this video didn't really help me know why i'm getting migraines. i never got migraines until a few months ago, but now they are getting really bad. sometimes i lose vision in my eye and i get a numb feeling near it. i went to a doctor and im going to see someone else for my eyes soon, but this scares me and i dont know what to do. im only 12 years old and migraines do run in my family but i dont think it has ever been as bad as this. if anyone knows anything about this can you please help me?

@JenandsophJASA we're the same... especially the flash from a camera... i have experienced that... it gave me migraine in an instant... it feels like my head will split into two...

This video is old news. I agree with Kiara on Topamax. I take it too. I still have migraines, but it has reduced them so very much. The drug is a life saver. Hey Kiara, are you able to get a good price on yours????

I used to have chronic cluster migraines; but now i take topiramate which is a migraine preventitive and I hadn't had one in years. Topiramate saved my life; literally!

Celery gives me a migraine; idk why but i get a bad reaction from it, even if it's just around me i can't stand it.
