-What'th, --you can hear it's only hitting on 6-cyls., --but shame of it is that while the notion of a V-12 seems nifty, --this is way to much weight for a mid-engined A1/Lotus-Esprit; -much better choice is the 1962 diecast-alum. 315cid/Buick-V8, which is the same weight as the orig. 2L/Slant-4cyl. but with far greater low-speed torque! Yet some die-hard's insist an exotic-car must have DOHC's, which was really silly of ColinChapman to have rejected the Rover-V8 because it's OHV...!!!
BMW said 300 stick - but who knows - I figure about 325 as it will be breathing through a large 2.5" exhaust, much bigger than stock. Also through a Flowmaster crossflow muffler - so it should be quiet.
Not a good idea???? What kind of gear head are you? There is always room for more hp and a bigger displacement and lets not forget # of cylinders. Good for you for doing this!

jesus, for a BMW V12 that sounds dreadful. What has been changed? I notice the vid doesn't go on for much longer. Love the concept though!
