Every time better than the last, but thats over 15 years 1 concert every 5 years doesnt cut it for me. If Reinhart is accurate, then Im excited! But I wont hold my breath.

I am not even going to try and put a number on how many devoted followers that Tool has but they all cant be wrong. I have been listening to Tool since 1993 and I am 41 years old now and have had many acid trips to there music at home and in concert and there definitely is a message in there music that comes from more than just the lyrics. Just because some of you are to narrow minded to understand it, it does not mean that is does not make any since.
And if you honestly knew anything about tool you should at least have listened to the album Lateralus, which is extremely spiritual(non religious). I believe Maynard, having been raised christian but having to flat-out reject all of that nonsense when he eventually discovered the truth, was forced to find some way of coming to terms with his own mortality. A painful journey indeed... Im sure drugs may have played a role in the attempt to find some sort of comfort from the madness of humanity.

As far as the "whining", this song is actually about how decadent and self absorbed and moronic some places(LA) can get. I also feel it references some of religion's responses to such things with "some say the end is near"...
