Nah what he basicly he said was as he exhales, the oxygen doesn't get released out of the rooster, so as he exhales out his carbon dioxide goes out first and then starts pushing out the leftover oxygen through which enabled an extra few seconds since unlike us humans oxygen gets absorbed fairly well for them enabling them to not feel out of breath. (I still can't get my technique down for inwards singing like that)
