The music tempo and words don't quite match the slow speeds you guys are going, lol, but for some reason there are a lot of motorcycle vids on youtube that have over-reaching music tracks for the riders' tempos.
im thinking about buying a vn 800 too, but made my license on a naked bike. heard that cruisers arent so well in curving? hope i wont get problems then, for example with the peg. maybe you can tell me something about it? im also very tall, about 6 feet 2 inches
ask your mate whats the bike like riding at 70mph plz. i want to get a xvs ether the 650 or 1100. would rather get the 650 but if she is nosie at 70 then i will get the 1100
Having followed the bike for hundreds of miles I would say it's not particularly noisey,and as my mate says 70mph is well within its capabilities.....hope that helps.
Your mate was lucky enough with that overtaking. More concerned with the livesaver than judging the oncoming car (or indicating). But we all make mistakes as novices. Ride safe mate...

That was scary!!! You were riding on the wrong side of the road. Lucky for you that all the on-coming traffic was on the wrong side of the road too!
