Actualy, during Light and L's tennis match, I believe L for a split second does where a short sleved shirt as you can clearly see his arm

That's because the air current and the movement of his hand pushed the sleeve up. BUT it's funny how the length of the sleeves changes during that time. First it looks like a 3/4 sleeved shirt - and then the sleeves reach his wrists again XD
