You can get this at Woodcraft, Craft Supply USA and lots of other woodturning supply stores. It is a great tool that works well with some practice. I use it on the boxes I make. Smiles !

It's likely they made it themselves with how simple it is. You just need a metal bar, say aluminum since it's strong and cheap, a drill press, a grinder, a cap nut, bolt, washers, lock washer and cutlery grade steel like 440.

Shouldn't take more than an hour to make one yourself if you have the shop tools.
