@Icicle1677 No, it's a Korean dish called Soondae. It's like a Korean pork sausage (that used to be made out of pig intestine, but they don't do that too much anymore, they use the thing western people use to make sausages), it contains, potato starch noodles and different vegetables, and I think they put blood in it as well :)

just so you guys know, usually soondae isn't made from pig intestines anymore, although that's how it was made in the beginning. and also it's stuffed with noodles, so only the outside part of it is intestine :P

They take the intestines of pigs as a casing and stuff it with noodles, vegetables, and etc. So the only thing that comes from the pig is the intestine as the casing. It might sound gross but it's actually very tasty. I'm eating some atm haha
