Actually, you aren't a specific type of Big Daddy. You are a prototype.

But , even if u did harvest the little sisters u still get a achievement if u took care of every little sister.

Note: mactiddy says if you're on the xbox 360 you should of gotten the little sister savior achievement with the last rescue. But, just to let you know, it will not be received until the game is complete.
