Well and guess what? I'm Japanese but live in the US so don't know if she's really famous in Japan or not,
but I heard from my friends in Japan that most of the men are in love with this girl. Some men has really sick minds saying "she is so hot.." and inappropriate things considering her. She is pretty but in my opinion, I don't think she has TRUE talent.. some other middle school girls can sing , dance, better then her! :)

@AwshumNeko of course her pronunciation sucks; she's British, her voice isn't made for the Japanese language. At least she's making a real effort to learn it though. Give her a break, she didn't go looking for fame, this could've happened to any one of the hundreds of dancing girls on youtube. Don't hate her just because it just so happened to be her.

@coombeslauren I don't hate her for this, I just think it's dumb how stereotypical Japan is for picking her out of the, as you said, "hundreds of dancing girls on Youtube." This could have very much well been their dreams too, but to me it feels like their using her to represent us all when in truth not all are skinny and pretty like her. They make it seem like American/British Otaku's should all look and sound like her.

Well actually I hope that doesn`t happen but I can just sense the danger of something like that cause she`s so young and getting all this attention.

@BeckiiJuku yeah, I`m not saying it WILL happen like that I am just saying that there seems to be a pattern in the world of young stars in which that sort of thing happens more often than people like to admit.
Just pointing out that getting famous at a young age isn`t always good for someone`s mental/physical and/or psychologocal health. No judgement on Bechii though. She`ll probably be fine and grow up to be well adjusted and positively influential. again... hope for the best!

I'm not going to lie beckii is very pretty but to be honest I've seen better people on youtube who can dance and sing better :/ the only reason why she got chosen to go to japan is probably cause she's cute,is from Europe,and wears cute clothing but other than that she's just an average 15 yr. old girl who likes anime,cosplaying,and dances to Japanese music.The sad truth is you only get famous through beauty and charisma
