Actually, two centuries ago feiojada was created as an african-slaves dish made with black beans and the least noble salted pork parts like ears, knee, feet, because it was cheap. However nowadays it's considered the brazilian national dish and it's very delicious! Mainly served accompanied with steamed rice. And as said before you must be careful with the very alcoholic 'cachaça' since it's strong and deadly. No doubt Anthony is a very lucky man that has a wonderful job.

also those guys are crazy ... they killed the most famous brazilian drink receipe ... caipirinha should be made with cachaca, not smirnoff vodka, that doesn`t sound very brazilian, does it ?

I dont know why but most of middle class people and reach people in Brazil see cachaca as something from lower class.

that`s why they use some vodka instead.
