I've never been a Lebron hater, always thought he was a great player, not the best but great. Now that he has come to the Heat, I watch every Heat game, and you really see how over-rated his stats are. He still does his thing but a lot of his stats are miss guiding. He never rebs in traffic. He never gets blocks that are dunk attempts, shot attempts, the only blocks he gets are chase downs that are for layups. Lateral movement is bad, footwork is slow. He misses a lot of easy ally-oops.

I used to think LeBron was overrated as far as his first four seasons goes. But ever since he added a jump shot and three point range to his arsenal. I don't think that's the case anymore. I've never been a Lebron hater, always thought he was a great player, not the best but great. Now that he has come to the Heat, I watch every Heat game, and you really see how over-rated his stats are. He still does his thing but a lot of his stats are miss guiding. He never rebs in traffic. He never gets blocks that are dunk attempts, shot attempts, the only blocks he gets are chase downs that are for layups. Lateral movement is bad, footwork is slow. He misses a lot of easy ally-oops.

They always sit both Wade and Bosh out at the same time and let Lebron run the show, like he is a great facilitator. They also never change it up, even on nights when the game is close they still sit Wade at the end of the 3rd. Lebron takes over, lose the lead, then wade has to come and clean everything up in the 4th. At least leave Bosh out to help Lebron.

People say Lebron has great pass and vision but most of his assist are simple passes. The fancy ones usually don't work, even simple behind the back bounce passes he messes up. Lebron only sees the simple plays, pick and pop, he never sees the big ones, cut to the basket. Lebron never boxes out, he only grabs the uncontested rebs.

Lebron is a great player but the reason he is over-rated is because he is not as good as everyone makes him out to be. People speak of Lebron as though he is as good or better than MJ, they don't even compare him with Kobe or the likes. Everyone talks about Lebrons passing, his ball handling, his vision, his defense, his rebounding. The truth is he doesn't do any of those greatly, people just see the big plays and label him great but they don't consider the other 75% of the time when he fails.

I used to think LeBron was overrated as far as his first four seasons goes. But ever since he added a jump shot and three point range to his arsenal. I don't think that's the case anymore. As far as 2007 goes, it was obviously a fluke that LeBron and the Cavs made it as far as the NBA Finals that year. But evidently, the Cavs were put back to earth when San Antonio swept Cleveland out of the Finals. LeBron has great athletic skills. But he's not a pure basketball player.

@darrellm6 im not kobe fan and i realize that everyone misses dunks. But if you look for unknown players you will find very little who have blown open dunks and AIRBALLED freethrows. I can tell you that there have only been a handful of people to airball free throws and lebron is one of them. Name me 5 superstars who have airballed free throws.

@darrellm6 lebron shoots 77% from the free throw line... ok let me get you a better example... MJ did not ever air ball a free throw nor did larry bird magic johnson and several other greats... Lebron has airballed free throws like 3 times of what iv SEEN so the ball could not have slipped all those times.

@animebrawler theyve all air balled free throws in practice just becuz lebron did it in a game doesnt mean he sucks and it doesnt matter anyways he shoots 77% free throws we know he can shoot free throws in my opinion shooting and having the ball swirl around and pop out of the rim is same as an air ball both misses... and dwayne is a good player its fine if u think hes better than lebron since ur a heat fan but u cant say lebron sucks he was the mvp for a reason and got 121/129 votes

@darrellm6 one of lebrons air balls was in a close game with less than a minute left. Kobe gets to the court 4 hours early to start shooting of course he's going to miss in practice. I doubt wade airballs his free throws and if he has i bet lebrons airballed more. MJ shot free throws with his eyes clsed LITERALLY.
MVP awards don't make you better. Steve Nash has two while kobe has one. Is nash better player then kobe? No just more valuable to his team. Last year though wade shouldve won MVP

Lebron is a really good player, and yes this guy could have made a lowlight video of anyone and make them look really bad. He's a charismatic player who unlike most NBA players is allowed to flourish despite the traveling, fouling, and blatant acts of child like tantrums when he doesn't get his way.

I havent thrown anything anywhere Baltimoreman78. I have said it before and I will say it again, he only does what the league allows him to do. If Stern, the Cavs, and other players dont want him behaving as he does then stop him. Dont get mad that he is doing what he wants because its just like the superstars of the past.
