Too many STD's and Unwanted Pregancies, plus the parents have to deal and spend money to get their sons and or daughters to cope with crap like this if they do end up with STD's and or Unwanted Pregancies.
Kids/Teens can't take care of themselves and they should know the dangers and or consequences of Sex :/

With all the Pedos problems in this country, we have laws that indicate what is the legal age of consent by parents and legal age of Adult. !4 is pretty young since Kids don't know how to handle the mental state of sex and or after the act, they would cry to their parents. Parents are still in care of the kid and have to deal with them which cost money if they kid needs to go through therapy and also incase the girl gets preg/or catch and std :/
