@seofongly There was a recent update that you can now make beds, they only able for use during night and when you activate it, screen goes to black then you make up in the morning. You used to have to just do stuff like mining etc. while you are waiting for the sun to rise.

I think spiders can enter 1 block holes. My fort has 1 block holes used as windows, and I let the game run while I was asleep; when I came back a spider was humping my corpse.

Maybe they spawned in a dark place inside my fort, I dunno, but I haven't got visitors since I made sure there was no way to get to those holes.
