Yes it is an amazing pain killer and the high it gives you is fantastic but that's because it has codeine in it which is an opiate and is what you find in drugs like heroin. This stuff is lethal. I took some for a headache and ended up addicted to it for 6 years.
I had to go on a 6 week withdrawl programme to get off it and the withdrawl symptoms are the same as a class A drug.
