Somebody did a news story about a drought in West Texas. The last interview was a middle aged black lady. She said, "drought? Texas? It's Texas, baby. It's supposed to be a drought." She was the only one who made sense. I can remember three straight weeks of drizzle, rain, mist, drizzle, rain. Spring break in high school? Watch it rain for a week.
We have the same problem here in Denver. When it snows everyone fusses about it like its a rare thing. This isnt Florida folks its Colorado. If you hate snow then you should go south. Good Video
