@XmedeaX Depending on what type of day (dyn, rep, or max), there will be a certain percentage that you must use as your working weight. If it is a 60% day on bench, and my 60% is 315, I know I will have to get 50 total reps of 315 lbs. As many sets as it takes...
@wildchild6660 a lot like Joe's. Only thing different is that I add the variable of being held accountable to a certain number of reps for every percentage on repetitive days.
I have some of my guys do, depending if they have 3 or 4 days available, something that looks like this; some max effort days and a repetition day that helps to pack on some size and a strongman day as a conditionning day, a little like your brickshit house day, works great!
But for the athletes I take the max effort days and mix them so it looks a bit more like bowerbuilding and sport-specific mimic movements.

Im not sure though...is that all in one workout like Set 1 at 60% of Max. to Set 5 at 80% of Max?
Timewise it seems fine to me but 20reps with 80% of my max. in the last set...well...I'd love to do that but I probably faint somewhwere in between.
