WOW I have never seen this/read this clip of yours. The sherriffs son, running a large meth lab is really weighing on me. Early on there were theories floating around--and now I am trying to dig up the old stuff. For some reason I think Ron has a connection to the police-i always have, could this be it?

@cincinnatikate There is a jailhouse tape and Misty tells her dad the guy who introduced her to the undercover is Ron Cummings BF. This BF she says people in jail told her is an informant and has been "forever" that they were shocked she did not know that. So Misty says to dad now I wonder could it be true Ron was an informant, since his BF was and Hank Sr says he probably was because that is probably how he stayed out of trouble. If he was it is over now.

@cincinnatikate My guess it like his BF when caught with drugs or whatever he gave LE something. Just like his BF got Misty to get drugs for this undercover to get out of some recent charges he had for illegal guns. I do not think that in this case though he was in on this operation even though Hank Sr tries to tell Misty that he was, it was his and LE's game and "they" got her. I think trying to get her to implicate him rather than Tommy. I do not like her dad. Not at all.

So you think her husband encouraged her to appear on CBS Early Morning, and the divorce is just a ruse, a sham? Too convoluted, methinks. She is on thin ice, skating without a lawyer. That much is certain.

No. But I think that the idea of the "mothers side" having Haleigh comes from the father. It says as much on his old lawyers website. I think Misty went out or was sleeping. She is seventeen and probably afraid and maybe feeling guilty.
Of couse I do not have all the information LE has but I have never seen an agency blame someone like this, unless they were guilty. She needs a lawyer. It would have been wise for her to respect the wishes of the one she had.

Her lawyer took her back but she is not allowed to talk to Ron alone anymore.
methinks this is because Ron has her do the opposite of what her lawyer wants.

Sorry that you are a broke peon. In general an Attorney that offers Pro Bono services would like some respect and for the client to listen to advice. Otherwise you have the problem of feeling like the service you provide is not helping, Looks to me like that is what happened her. I also do not believe Misty is guilty. I said from the start she needed a lawyer. Problem here I think is she is still taking advice from her husband and not her lawyer.

Many good attorneys would defend Misty pro-bono, because she is obviously innocent.

And now Misty is without an attorney, this is good time for LE to take her back in for further questioning...he dropped the case after she did the interview on the Early show.

Yes and in my opinion he stuck with her for to long. Why even have a lawyer if you do not take his advice?
