This cartoon is historically wrong. It was Hitler that copied a lot of Mussolini's rituals (the roman salute, for istance) and ideas. Besides, Mussolini established the Fascist dictatorship in 1924, nine years before Hitler's election. I am not proud of it, but this is just history.
