  • Personally? i think there is enough variation between the two to show that it is not traced, just very carefully copied XD if you pause frame by frame you can tell.. now why would i bother? i'm attempting to do this myself with different characters *dies*

  • one word... rotoscope

    this is a form of animation done by tracing over pre existing film and using the movement recorded by the film as a base to do complicated or difficult to animate movements such as dancing.

    Similar in nature to re-skinning an object for the sims (some one codes the original objects (which would be in this case the film) , and the skinner (in this case the rotoscope user) puts another texture or look to the object ( how the dancers are now Reno etc.)
