  • This is kinda uselessly difficult :). Or maybe it isn't? I didn't try this one, but what I did try was this: roll a body on its' back, grab under shoulders, straight up pulling a body, use its legs so you can squat and grab a body by a waist. Then choose whatever position you need on your shoulders. ;) I believe this is less difficult...

  • @inCare This more a training... and perhaps one day will be useful. I personally already surprised a friend with it during a Jiu Jitsu training ;) I'm really interested in your technique, so please do a video response or write the link of one.
