@jasonofjersey Maybe so, but they tend to go on the "blood" connection. Similar to many dumb americans who claim to be Italian, Scottish, Irish, etc, when they have never been to the place but found out that a member of their family tree was from there.
In some ways this is actually BETTER than the TOTP performance, which granted had to be shorter! There are days I actually think this is the quintessential Lizzy song. Suits them to a tee, and then there's that Cowboy Song interlude which is so sexy and absolutely priceless...

It simply doesnt get better than this a phenomal comedic mixed race front man a scottish whisky drinking genius a chilled out californian legend and brain downey on drums. Heaven is Thin Lizzy live in 1976 with a few beers down your neck your arm around your sweet one and your denim jacket tied around your waist absolutely f**king amazing!

In some ways this is actually BETTER than the TOTP performance, which granted had to be shorter! There are days I actually think this is the quintessential Lizzy song. Suits them to a tee, and then there's that Cowboy Song interlude which is so sexy and absolutely priceless...
