Awesome Todd!! I think I've heard this before, and I really like it, a lot. You know, I think you should be a solo-artist. I know your not happy with your voice, but those problems could be ironed out with just an hour of vocal lessons. You need to sing from your diaphragm instead of your throat. Try singing from the pit of the stomach, and breathe slower. Anyways, there's a few tips out there. btw, I love the guitars on this song; Just AWESOME!!

Slightly reminds me of Radiohead, not the biggest fan of radiohead but the way you sing that reminds me of thome york. I rly like this song and even if u say ur not much of a lead guitarist u are pretty good, n look at Matt Bellamy from Muse, he started as a pianist but became an amazing guitarist. I could have sang it better but I was playing the guitar at the same time. The same thing with the songs when I am playing the piano. I am trying not to mess up the guitar part and focusing less on singing.

Amazing song. What's wrong about having a cover band though? You've GOT to start covers, in order to be known, then write your own songs. After all, it's pretty awkard for someone in a concert to hear songs he doesnt know off at all. Good luck.

Well if I get caught up in doing only covers then I don't have time for anything else like original songs. I was in a band the last couple months learning covers and that is why I haven't been able to work on anything original.

Yeah I understand, at least in order to get gigs, but I really enjoy originals much more. I would almost just rather work on originals, promote and record them on the internet than sacrafise time to work on orginals in order to play out covers. I think that my main problem is that the band I was playing with was not only wanting to play covers but also wanting to play songs that I really didn't like at all.

Nah I have just been doing this for fun on Youtube. I am working with a few other musicians that home studios. We are working on getting original music recorded and then sell the Mp3s on the internet. Pretty soon things will start to get much more professional with sound quality, videos and everything.
