Thats the drifting i like. Fast, minimal counter-steer, he only drifts around the APEX. Doesn't care how it really looks, all about speed!! THATS WHAT THE JAPANESE FAST DRIFT IS ALL ABOUT. I HATE D1 CAUSE ITS ALL ABOUT LOOKS AND SMOKE AND CRAP AND FLASHY WINGS AND GROUND KITS AND SHINY STICKERS AND B.S..
@gerico123454 That was not a four wheel drift. It was just a drift. Stop taking a cartoon seriously, it's bad for everything you think you know about cars or driving.
@Cordius +1 - fun cartoon but just that....cartoon.
anyone who knows anything about mr2's will no they're a grip car, and going too fast into the corner will be a little understeer then maybe snap oversteer.
@optix85 its mid engine all so so it will be balanced u r right with what u r saying but u can see he had no throttle on when he enters the corner so it wood of prevented the under steer and helped the over steer its not a proper like trying 2 go fast drift but all 4 wheels were sliding
@Cordius watch F1 or rally idiot -.- rally drivers drift around turns F1 drivers when they driving normal cars u will see em sliding around turns and if u had half a brain u can see he dasent hit the handbrake or do a big power slide and he going very fast for how little he drifted he was sliding coz of speed and he wood of enterd the corner with probable no throttle on so less wait on the back more on the front then when it lost grip he put the throtal back on
@gerico123454 Sliding on surfaces with a low or shifting coefficient of friction is faster than relying on grip. This is due to Newton's third law of motion. By propelling the dirt backwards, the force used to do so is translated into forward motion which helps to counteract centrifugal force. On hard, predictable surfaces, it's not the same story. F1 drivers tend to slide normal cars because, let's face it, they're not driving the grip machiens they're used to.
@Cordius do u think =/ that tiers can grip at any speed or something no its just when u going 2 fast around a turn the car will naturally slide he was off the throttle as he entered so it slid sooner then it had 2 but all 4 wheels were sliding witch is called a 4 wheel drift witch is what they imitate in initial D moron
@gerico123454 Yes, when he entered the corner he got lift throttle oversteer. His two front wheels had plenty of traction, though the rears were slipping a little bit. Regardless, he wasn't driving the fastest possible way around that corner.
@Cordius no no ofc not i made it sound dif then i ment he cood of bin much smother and mad the coner at that speed fully griping still but it was not like the showy stuff they do on formula D and at drifting comps
nice turn, but wingless is so ugly

:D i like that coz it was a 4 wheel drift =) he was just going 2 fast for the turn so he started 2 slide witch is what they do in initial D
