SO. After a bit of tinkering, I found a use for Water Mills after all! Go download BuildCraft, Redstone Timers, Pumps and the Allocator mod by Phaeff and make automated water mills that work at 4 eu per frame. Got a line of 24 of em setup and filled 3 MFS Units in an afternoon.

Water mills work better if they are in the center of a 3x3x3 pool of water. there's a guide on the industrial craftg thread on the forum that shows how to do it best. :3
