Small nitpick: There's only 2 Artisans as of Jan 19 (which is funny since this was uploaded today but I imagine he recorded this beforehand) Blizzard removed the Mystic, so it's just Blacksmith and Jeweler now.

I've played the Diablo series for years and poured a ridiculous amount of time into this series.

I haven't played D3 yet, but from what I've seen it, it doesn't seem to measure up to the predecessors. The graphics seem cartoony, and I don't see how they can put something like the artisan skills in the game without making them something you need to grind for. No Blizzard games are bad, but to me, this game doesn't look like it's going to be the game we waited 12 years for. /fanboy

@TheMeaning0fLife You can't really say a games cartoony and that makes it bad:/ Some games are just mean't to be cartoony, its that games style. Maybe they tried it for this game? But with a 12 year awaited game, it could be the wrong place to try a new style of graphics;p

@BlueRush011 I'm not saying that it's bad because it's cartoony, I just wasn't expecting it to look that way. It seems too animated, if that makes sense. Maybe too many "intense" colours? Diablo 1 and 2 had a darker/less varied colour pallet, but it fit in with the game really well.

I don't mind games designed like that if it fits the atmosphere of the game (like Borderlands), but Diablo doesn't seem like the kind of game that this effect works well with.

@TheMeaning0fLife Oh I gotcha. Yeah I didn't play any Diablo so I wasn't sure how the other two were. That's kind of a weird switch from a dark kind of art to cartoony, sounds like it would disappoint a lot of fans that waited so long.

Though yeah Borderlands comes to mind, the cartoonish art in that game kind of makes the game haha.
