Did you realize that even Jesus' prayers were not answered? He prayed that the cup of crucifixion would pass from him, that God's will would be done on earth, that God's kingdom would come, and that his followers would be "one" even as he and his father were one. But he was crucified, Satan is still the god of this world, and his followers have split into nearly 40,000 (forty thousand!) official denominations, each of which thinks it has the truth and that all others are in error. Wow.

Satan is a theif that cometh to kill,steal and destory, Jesus came so that we might have life and more abundately. many people died in the resistance against Hitler in WW2.

You could start with Adam, who was cursed (and all of his descendants) for failing to obey God. Genesis 3:17 Deuteronomy 4:1 and 28:1 Exodus 19:5, 1 Samuel 15:22, 1 Kings 20:36, Job 36:12, Jeremiah 7:23, Daniel 9:11, Acts 5:29 and 32, Romans 6:16, Hebrews 5:9, 1 Peter 1:2... You get the idea.
