I agree with the image thing, when i was 232 i had NO idea i was that huge until i saw some pictures from a friends graduation, i was in total shock.

And it kinda hurt.

I also had the image that i was a lot smaller than i really was..

You're right about needing to come to the realization that you need to lose weight. Food is such an addiction. I know I've felt addicted my whole life, but I'm glad things are looking up for you. At my last weigh in, which was last Friday, I weighed 173.6, so we're at about the same except I'm 5'6.

Once you get started back up again your motivation will peak. Just wait and see.
