@holbrooke7 - Trust me most of the time the acts they had on there were absolutely stupid. I remember a couple of regular acts they used to have on it were an old black guy called "Gene, Gene The Daceing Machine" doing a kind of shuffle dance, and a guy in two tone loafer shoes and suit jacket with a brown paper bag over his head with 3 holes for eyes/mouth called "The Unknown Comic" who told very corny jokes.

@barndancer61 There were times the Unknown Comic (who was unmasked--unbagged?--as Murray Langston) would actually kill. He was on Make Me Laugh a lot as well.
I recognized the Dr Pepper guy, but didn't realize he was the guy from American Werewolf in London! Wow, starts out as Hamlet in Lincoln Center- next gig: Singing Dr Pepper Guy.
The AM Promo Opening was so freaking 70's Its disturbing...G4 Movies that don't suck did a pretty good job with they's syndicated movie bump...but nothing beats the genuine late 70s period
@Warzau1 It might just be a California thing, but at most convenience stores around here you can purchase Mexican Coca Cola (Made with cane sugar) in 12 oz glass bottles, and they sell cases of the stuff at box stores like Costco.
