If you do it the same way that I said did and shake it fer 8 to 10 minutes, I garentee it it will be hard.

just make sure that yall do it the same way I did. make sure you keep enough salt and ice in the bag.

and I DID NOT put it in the freezer. It wouldn't taste as good.

its just salt in larger crystal sizes, it make the ice cream thicker because it takes longer for the ice and salt to mix together.
