  • Considering this was 02', it never fails to take me back to the mid 90's when I used to get excited about new Hip Hop releases!! Nas kicks knowledge to the youth that is long overdue!! This Album is as close as you will get to a classic these days!! It's good to hear records from an Artist who's actually been around & knows what the hell he is talking about!! - 9th Wonder's remix of this Album is just as tight!! Peace!!

  • Nope, I sure didnt. I actually own this original LP on vinyl. And im telling you right now,it sounds like the exact same speed

  • This beat came from James Brown - The Boss lol.

  • lupe's cool, but nas owns this beat, ain't no point putting it otherwise. and for the record, j.brown sampled this from l. finesse =D

  • You guys are seriously ridiculous.

Search James Brown - The Boss.

  • Yeah i knew that but technically its Nas' beat he just used a james brown sample

  • Actually its a Lord Finesse beat originally

  • Understood.

  • i think this beat is originally from..bad mutha - lord Finesse..which is awsome

  • im 24 and I first heard this beat on GODSON ...first song on the cd ...lupe hard and all but come on you know Nas the only one that could ever rip this beat ......
