  • THE BIGGEST MYSTERY OF THE HUMAN RACE IS WHY LOVE WERENT THE BIGGEST BAND OF THE 60S !!! well . . . not really !!! Arthur lee was never bothered about fame !!! he turned down monterary pop festival as he wasnt top of bill !!! I UNDERSTAND THO !!! JIM MORRISON WAS A MASSIVE FAN OF . . . ??? ARTHUR LEE !!! BUT THE DOORS WERE A TOURING BAND BUT LOVE DIDNT MUCH REALLY !! BUT RESPECT TO ARTHUR FOR REMAINING DOWN TO EARTH AND SUPERCOOL !!! I FEEL SORRY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVENT HEARD THE GREAT MAN !!!!!

  • @shaneshaky1 ...actually, there's a place where LOVE were indeed the best band of the 60s - it's called eternity and it flows in the minds and hearts of all those who've heard the big man, right?

  • Damn he had it rough in the last years but his music was great. I remember these songs when I was a kid but I have a new respect for the Band LOVE and Arthur. but he was kind of a thug from what wiki said. He did a few strong armed robberies? or do you guys feel he was setup. I think that's what it said about him.

  • @lifepod2036 what strong arm robberies?

  • were can i get this album?

  • Hey, Lasour ... just so you know, there was no mistaking which band was King of the Sunset Strip in the Sixties ... the one, the only, and the best, Love. I was able to enjoy them set after set after set. In those days, at the Shrine, in Santa Monica, at the Whiskey, a couple bucks got you in and you heard about six great bands, from Canned Heat, Doors, Springfield thru to Love. My favorite was always Love ... so innovative, so different, so unique. No one touched them.

  • love that...mojo from the cosmos! Couldnt have put it better.

  • My goodness! I sure would have liked to get my hands on him the year this photo was taken!

  • I'm 14 and even i like this song

  • this is the first time i heard the song and though it's good, from 1st hearing. i do agree with u..

  • Jlamar2. Yeah Arthur wrote so many good songs but he sometimes fell back on records which sound a little uninvented or formulaic like this. Again I was a little harsh, but then I want everyone to have a good time I think you know the reason why? Seriously , I want others to hear his great stuff. Forever Changes should have been a platinum # 1 record in a few days but I understand - people have such horrible taste and I know the reason why.. everybody wants a good time song like this.

  • Jlamar - Did you ever hear the "everlasting first" with Arthur and Jimi? Good song. I like Bryan Maclean few contributions to: Alone Again Or/ Orange Skies/ and this wonderful little great song called "Softly to me". Just starts off with this wavering, hesitant guitar and then "I could love you more and more each day for a million years / And I'd sit around all day just crying happy tears/ To dance and sing my life away (life away)/ And laughing with you, my darling, softly to me.

  • Love this song so much. AL was, is, and always will be Da Man!!

  • c pas pour les hatailles :)

  • moi je léve mon pouce de la main droite kan jecoute cette video

  • jai 12 ans et cette artiste me fait réver

  • I wish I was born earlier.

  • @apathy7

Try to live long, and you won't care anymore.

  • No you don't. From the outside in, it may look good, but being young is great. A deluxe time to be.

    I've been there and know.

  • where can i get this version ?

  • try youtube.

  • Hahahahahahaha...yes!!!!

  • Damn....this is my first time hearing of Arthur Lee. I'm very depressed. If it wasn't for You tube and wonderful people posting this up (I was randomly checking out rock from the late 60s and very early 70s), I'd have gone to my grave none the wiser. Shit.

  • Oh Arthur Lee !!!! Love!!! Check it out...will

    change your life!

    forever changes is unbelievable.

coolest ever........he had the mojo from the cosmos...

  • I love The Red Telephone from that album...it's a dark and beautiful song!

  • Feel exactly the same! What a voice...

  • From the opening guitar sound, I new this would be fantastic. Thanks...I love Love, but this is great.

  • Comment ne pas mettre 5étoiles?

  • Merci pour la poste. Cinq étoiles bien sûr! You gotta love Arthur Lee.
