i love the groove on the bolster. very good look to it. and the knife is a good size. i really like the wharncliffe blades. and the wharncliff slipjoints. what a great slicer. i really enjoy thin blades. and it still has a good point for picking out splinters from your hand. i also like spalted maple handles too. they are also very beautiful. you chose wonderful handle scales. there are no spaces on the back of the knife. so smooth and great fit. good call oromoto. enjoy using it.
That's a really beautiful knife buddy and that ivory is gorgeous. I usually like the clear or center cut but that bit is just perfect. Beautiful design with great steel,I love ATS-34 and it has a better polished appearance than other steel's in my opinion. Take care.

yeah Bret is a state treasure who makes beautiful slip-joints and some fixed blades here in Oklahoma. His stuff is pretty reasonable for a custom knife of that quality. Thanks for sharing this video I'm glad great knifemakers are getting the attention they deserve.
@PeteyP3t3 Yeah, there are many great knife makers that aren't that active on the forums they tend to get overlooked. Mr. Dowell is definitely one of them.
