"Po'Black Maddie" is the North Mississippi All-Stars version of that song. Duwayne Burnside occasionally sat-in with NMA.
I appreciate the fact that people might view it as offensive. From what I can tell, the song may have been written by Ranie Burnette (or Rainey) and that was the original title. Nearly a jillion artists have covered the song and there are just about as many variations of the song title. I decided to try to go by the original.

On the Mississippi Hill Country Blues disc and on the First Recordings disc it's listed as "Poor Black Mattie".
On Too Bad Jim, it's listed as Old Black Mattie.
On Darker Blues, it's "Black Mattie"
