ummmmmmmmmm i beat this persons i got 413.6km/h no cheats... its hard but all you have to do is hit the dyno pump your nos and transmission top speed to max then start a race and 360 3 times after your burnout at the starting line so have alot of nos, then use your nos sparingly and then keep it for that 1 last BLAST

ummmmmmm... i beat this already no cheat... just tuning and ALOT of nos (u know that gay 3rd container you can get if you are really lucky, really if you hold nos and get bonus nos at the same time SUPER HARD, try it on Garibaldi Run)
